Cookbooks and Diets? Free offer…it makes sense

We’re doing something seems strange, but will make sense. We are promoting our cookbooks through the Thanksgiving season, and to encourage you to help us, we’re giving away 100 free diet books. Read this post to find out how to get yours.

Wendy cooking in the kitchen.
Wendy’s cooking has gotten national and international attention, primarily for her frugal and healthy attention given in her recipes.

1. The promotion you’ll be helping us with…

Wendy’s cookbooks are awesome. There are several unique characteristics that make these cookbooks stand out.

  • Additional chapters on how to shop frugally, but not feel its impact.
  • The “spice-that-no-one-ever-heard-of” problem: most ingredients are bound to be in your home.
  • Index of key ingredients allow family cooks to find recipes to fit their needs.
  • Coil binding with durable front and back cover, ready for plenty of food stains.
  • Most portions cut to starndard-family sizes of 4-6. (There are a few “feeds 20” favorites, though.)
  • Real recipes that the authors have actually been eating over the years. (We wonder about some cookbooks out there.)

Most importantly, Wendy’s cookbooks get used. We have heard time and time again from people who rant and rave about how much they love these cookbooks. Here’s one that came just a couple days ago:

I just want to let you know that I purchased your cookbook when it first came out and I use it to this day. My husband just loves the food and in the summer there are always refrigerator pickles to snack on! I only cook for two so sometimes there are plenty of leftovers and other times I just reduce the recipe but I just want you to know that we love it!!!

Thank you for your ongoing inspiration,
Linda Ames

Sold? I hope so. You won’t regret taking advantage of this incredible offer now through Thanksgiving: BOTH COOKBOOKS FOR THE PRICE OF ONE!

We’ve never sold these books for so low a price, but we suspect they’ll go flying off the shelf. Click here for details on this awesome bundle.

We have Wendy’s diet book plus both cook books. The recipes are all very yummy, easy to make and frugal. You won’t be disappointed! The diet book is unlike any other book out there. It is full of common sense, easy to follow guidelines (even for nursing and pregnant moms!!) and I appreciate the fact that Wendy shared so much of herself and her journey with her readers. It is a must have book and great for any woman needing some encouragement or even a gentle nudge to get themselves started. This just made me want to go and read it again. :)

  • http://www.jeubfamily.com Chris & Wendy

Tiffany, I’m not sure what the problem is. We’ve gotten about a dozen orders already, so others are getting through. Does anyone else know what the problem could be?

  • Kris

  • http://heartyworks.blogspot.com Paula

I was so thankful to receive a copy of the Love in a Diet book. I must admit that I did not know what to expect at first. I have read so many books on losing weight, but this one just felt different. Firstly, it is not thick like all the other diet books. When I looked in and saw a picture of Wendy after ten kids (umm… not so skinny) and then saw the picture of her after 15 kids (healthy weight, not too skinny and not fat – just perfect!) I thought “THIS IS THE BOOK FOR ME!”

How refreshing it was to hear from a real life MOM, and not someone who doesn’t have kids and doesn’t know the struggles we go through (or the excuses we make). The book was a fast and easy read. The encouragement and the ideas shared are so easy to implement, even for the busiest of moms.

I am so thankful for Wendy sharing how she did it in this book! It was JUST the motivation and encouragement I needed! Now I am off to take advantage of the cookbook deal! I want more! This time, next year, I will be 30 pounds (or more) lighter!
