Hold on for the Ride

Hold on for the ride!

We have a drafts folder filled with half-written posts, ideas that have yet to punctuate. We love to blog, but we are at a writer’s block at the moment, praying for breakthrough.

Let’s leave you with this from our latest book Love Another Child, a special 1st print signed edition is waiting for you:

On our hearts during [our early years of marriage] was a simple prodding: Have another child. It wasn’t “have 15 children” or “have more children than anyone else.” Just another. Our conviction was, we had thought, unique from other couples. Our personal relationship with God was healthy, and this conviction — shaped for our lives and our hearts — was one we couldn’t simply shake off…

We look back on our early 20s and think, how petty our anxiousness was. We wrung our hands and stuggled with our convictions. for what? To avoid this life of limitless activity, joy and love? We are so happy we can hardly stand it. When we sit back and reflect (it rarely happens in our busy life, but we manage to find the time now and then), we are incredibly thankful that, when we were young, our faith triumphed our doubt.

The special 1st print hardcover edition — signed by the both of us — is waiting for you. If you are new to our blog and the concepts from which we write, order our complete package of products.

I really like this! If you had looked at the big picture and seen that you would have so many children, you might have scared yourself out of doing it. But life happens one step at a time, one second at a time, and we should take it at that knowing that God is in control.

Great picture. I have 5 kids (4 adopted) and it is such a privilege to be a father.
