Diet Program…for only $5?

Teenage boys can eat whatever they want. Moms need to watch out.

“I’m a life-time Weight Watcher and I’m only 8 lbs away from my goal.  After reading your book, I’ve decided I don’t need to spend $40.00 a month to loose 8 lbs.  I’m trusting God that I can do it myself.  Your words were words of wisdom. I gave my book to my daughter and [another] book I bought to a friend.”

This is a nice note from a Facebook friend, Barbara!  You can do it, Barbara!

Most “programs” have a high cost to get started. The simple truth out there is that little beats old fashioned healthy eating and good exercise. As Barbara attests, save all that money and get my $5 book. And get one for your friends, too!

You don’t need to spend much to get on the right track and get back on your feet with fitness and weight loss. I attest to this in my book. There was a time I could barely afford much, but I always had control over myself. I lay this out for readers, how it has worked for me, and how it can work for you, too.

You can do it!!

Amen, Wendy!  I have read Love in a Diet, and you are absolutely correct–it’s not how much money you throw at your weight problem; it’s how disciplined you are willing to be.  My husband and I changed our unhealthy lifestyle for a much better one — in terms of eating, exercising, and praying for God to help us.  We’ve lost close to 200 pounds together!  (Most of that is hubby’s success — but every little bit helps.)

Make up your mind to do it, and go for it!  Blessings!
